How to use Muscle Milk
There is a lot of controversy over the best time to use Muscle Milk. Here's a fact for you though: supplements affect everyone differently. I will list a few of the best ways to use Muscle Milk, and you should experiment with them to see what works best for you.
PRE-WORKOUT - Drink it 30-90 minutes before working out
DURING WORKOUT - Mix Muscle Milk with Cytomax in the middle of your workout to re-nourish your body and muscles to avoid entering a catabolic state
POST-WORKOUT - Drink it ASAP (no longer than an hour) after your workout to increase muscle synthesis. In my opinion, this is a very important time to get protein in your system! What's the point of lifting hard if you're not going to give your muscles what they need? Here's another fact for you: a bodybuilder grows outside of the gym not inside the gym. Is drinking three a day (pre-am, post-am and at bedtime) too much? I'm a woman and worried about drinking too much and gaining weight.
drink it once a day unless your trying to gain a ton of muscle.
If you want to get lean. Take it before sleeping. It gives you diarrhea sometimes.
i would not take it going to bed, i dont care what your taken' calories turns to fat so. so i recommend that you take it during or after a workout.

i cant aford to drink it for breakfast befor workout and after what is better befor or after workout or wat are the best 2 times of the day to drink it
